Refund application can be filed within 2 years from relevant date. Relevant date will depend upon the type of refund you are claiming
Refund of inverted tax structure
Two years to be calculated from each month' return due date
For April 2018 the due date for refund application will be 19th May 2020
For March 2019 the due date for refund will be 19th April 2021
