Gst rates for hotels
why we cannot claim ITC in regular for hotels, like fast foods corner small entrepreneur... and w QAhat is GST rate in regular for them

In term of Notification 46/2017 CT (R) , its being 5% without ITC being prescribed for Resturnant .
