Can any one please suggest about what GST rates will b applicable for a shop which is preparing and selling for human consumption >> cakes, pan cakes, tea, coffee, milk shakes etc
Or provide a link from where I can get such help related with GST rates in above stated products

Have you obtained any license from /foodlicensing.fssai.gov.in
If yes, under what catagory?
on beverages containing milk rate is 12%
on cold drinks serving rate is 40%
if itc availed, if itc not availed then 5%
