The main contractor taken work from govt, they deducted 12% gst. We are sub contactor. So how much gst rate applicable for me

12% GST...Same as for main contractor
Rate is applicable as per WCS rate decided in CGST Act
As per Notification 1/2018 CT (R) , it's applicable same rate of Main contractor ie 12%
