what is the rate of gst on supply of food to inpatients in the hospital.

Recently it has been clarified that the food serve to inpatients in hospital is also tax-exempt and comes under health-care package.......
The government has said that GST will not be charged on the cost of food served to patients by hospitals as advised by doctors.
IF any client wishes to open a canteen in a hospital for supply of prescribed food to the patients. Whether he has to charge GST on it or it is an exempt supply?
