The GST rate for outdoor catering services depends on the accommodation tariff. If the daily tariff is below Rs 7501, the rate is 5% without Input Tax Credit (ITC). For premises with a daily tariff of Rs 7501 and above, the GST rate is 18% with ITC. This is in line with Notification 20/2019 CT (r).

     - Other than in premises having daily tariff of unit of accommodation of Rs 7501 - 5% without ITC.  (mandatory for all kinds of catering)

     -Catering in premises with daily tariff of unit of accommodation is Rs 7501 and above - 18% with ITC.

Yes in term of Notification 20/2019 CT (r) , it's 5 % without ITC
