GST rate on Industrials Canteen
i want to inquire about the applicability of gst industrial canteen if it is applicable then at what percent and with reference regarding this

Its 5% GST as per Notification 46/2017 CT (R)
As per notification 46/2017 CT (r) : Its 5% without ITC
If you opt for composition then you can't collect GST and pay GST from your hand. so better be regular tax payer and collect GST @ 5% and pay gst
