It is same for Trader & Manufacturer. But differ in case of buyer & seller. If buyer/recipient pays under RCM it is 5% and in case seller charges then it will be according to tax rate of principle supply in case if composite supply or on proportionate basis if mixed supply

The rate of GST is not based on any seller - buyer or manufacturer-trader relationship. If there is supply of goods from the manufacturer to the trader or from seller to the buyer, there is same rate of tax. However, there can be exemptions to the general rate under different notifications issued by the govt. for different purposes.

Simply Said.,

If you/Any are the Transporter then follow GTA rules...

If you/any are other than Transporter and you ll be add the Freight in Your Invoices then You ll be Colloect based on Your INVOICE TAX rate as principal supplies. Bcoz, It's composite Supply...
