As per the Notification 17/2021 CT rate & R/w Circular 167/2021 . In case Zomato (ECO) : Zomato is liable to pay GST @ 5 percent. it is cover u/s 9(5).
In Case where you are supplying the food from your counter the rate is 5% without ITC (Ref. Notification 46/2017)
