I m confused about the rate of gst applicable on the business of restaurant and bakery
I m still charging 12% 18% as per the goods supplies

12% with ITC Facility or 5% without ITC , Since 23'rd GST Council meeting in Feb 2018.
Incase of both Composition Scheme and Regular Scheme , the Restaurant Service Providers are not allowed to claim INPUT TAX CREDIT ( ITC ).

GST RATE : 5% ( ITC Blocked )
REGULAR SCHEME :
GST RATE : 5% ( without ITC )
