what is the gst rate and hsn for flour mill where food grains process is carried on?

Please specify, flour generated from which grain?
Example : Wheat or meslin flour put up in unit container and bearing a registered brand name under HSN 1101.
In the above case, if your a registered under trade mark act then 5% if not registered then exempted.
