Kindly anyone suggest me after GST how much percentage on under construction flat purchase, if total VAT amount is paid before GST implementation.

No gst if u have paid full consideration of flat .... If there is balance amount for posession and it will be bill after July then it will come under gst 12%
It's 12% only if the value of land is also included in the consideration.
Already I paid only total VAT amount to builder than how much percentage charge of balance payment after GST
