I m not filling GSt R 3B for july-2017 So what can I do for this?

My client wants to take composition schem bcz his turnover is below 75 lack rs. but composition schem is effective from 1-oct-2017 so, i have to file Gst return for July-Aug-Sep-2017 on . monthly basis plz tell me
