gst query for RCM zero rated

if we buy a products where zero rate GST from unregistered dealers for than 5000/- like milk curd paneer and prepared food under buffet system and sell them in corporates and apply GST on them @ 18%. whether we have required to pay GST on RCM for more than 5000/- for buy zero rated products.

if the rate of GST is Nil then you need not pay GST at the time of purchase

but my GST rate is 18% for catering foods

I have purchased the raw material like vegetables, grocery in grey markets and the amount is more than 5000/- but these guys have unregistered dealers.

You have not required to pay tax in this case

if what u purchase is exempt from tax then u need not pay for RCM
