how can I identify composition levy person under gst

It is written on the bill of supply  (Invoice ) "  Composition  taxable person  not eligiable to collect  tax on supply "

if it is manual invoice they mention on top tax invoice can we accept this?

u can know the type of tax payer whether regular r composite dealer by entering gstin.in search tax payer in gst portal
