Query:  If a manufacturer has migrated on the basis of VAT number and not mentioned the Central Excise, Service Tax, Sales Tax, Import/ Export Numbers during migration and now when he is adding the same through amending the non- core fields, it shows "Validation Error". Also when he is mentioning the Excise Number in TRAN-1, it shows that "Excise No. is invalid" and "Processed with Error".

Kindly Provide me the solution.
