is sites like legal raasta and h&r which provides online consultancy required to get register under gst?if yes when they have to charge gst after crosding turnover or frm the beginning of getting registerd?

yes . e commerce websites are liable to register and charge GST from the day of registration
the persons supply goods through ecommerce are required to get registration irrespective of threshhold limit..
how ever there is nothing mentioned in act in regard to supply of service through e commerce
so in my view supplier of service through e commerce can enjoy benefit of threshhold limit of 20 lacs
