Gst Principal place of buisness
I want to apply to do a gst registration, but there is a problem, Principal place of buisness is owned of Father and the proprietor will be the son, Father was died, and nominated the proprietor for son, but still the property is named of Father, then what's the document uploded ?

You need to first apply for mutation of the property in your name.
Upload all the ownership of the property documents along with mutation application.
In my opinion, if the electricity bill is in the name of son then it is acceptable documents for Principal Place of Business
