Penalty for nil gstr 3b is Rs 10 cgst & Rs 10 sgst (Rs 20) per day. Penalty for gstr 3b with sales is Rs 25 cgst & Rs 25 sgst (Rs 50) per day and maximum penalty for not filing gstr 3b is Rs 5000 cgst & Rs 5000 sgst per return.
