Can anyone please tell me whether tax (GST) paid on term insurance premium is eligible for tax benefit apart from net premium amount whether it's monthly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly ?

ITC is not available for for Life and Health Insurances. hence not available for term insurances
On personal life insurance ITC cannot be claimed.
