i am a ca and existing service tax regime i have paid service tax on receipt basis and filed a service tax return. but in GST regime how can tax paid receipt basis or render of service and issues bill what type? plz cleryfy urgent...

In same way as in service tax. You should issue voucher of audit fees/ consultancy charges with GST applicable rates to client
