While importing the goods we have paid the GST. Please let me know whether the same has to be shown in the GST returns. If yes where exctly we need to show it?

you need to show it in GSTR 2 in table 5 in order to claim input tax credit of IGST paid on such goods.

Sir but how can we claim the input credit on such goods?

And in GSTR3B also... Claim ITC

and it is capital goods.

In itc column in A Section import of goods... Claim ur IGST itc

Sir it is a capital equipment.

Itc is available on capital goods also in one installment.... If that goods not covered under block credit section 17(5)
ya agree with Divakar!

What are the goods covered under block credit section 17(5) ?

If we purchase medical equipment will be liable to claim for ITC?

@ Divakar Sir.. do you have any supporting document which tells we can claim the GST on capital goods?

in addition to above, if u r using capital goods for exclusively for exempt supply or non business purpose..no itc will be allowed.

Yes we use it for health service. And health service is exempt from GST.

Do we need to pay GST on RCM for exempted services?

In that case no itc is available... If capital goods are being used for making exempt supply... Plz refer RULE 8 OF ITC RULES
No need to pay RCM
u r importing capital good not service...rcm is applicable if u import service....so no need to pay gst in rcm for import of capital goods.
