We are aware by the decisions of 20th GST council meet that a GTA can't opt for both FCM and RCM simultaneously. My question can i take 2 registration one for RCM and one for FCM. Vehicles will not be interchanged. both will have separate vehicles, separate clients and separate bank accounts and even 2 registrations are in 2 different states.

is their any specific prohibition by GST dept for regn. in different state with different inputs. we know it can't be happen on a single registration.
