our director visit to abroad for business meeting and he submitted traveling bills with gst
can we take gst benefits on this bills

yes ....assuming these trips are related to business of the company and director should not be indepedent director as per companies act...

also company has provided car for daily transportation, car purchased on company name he has done servicing of the car and get bill on company name , can we take this gst benefits

sir iagree with u , but credit on motor vehicles are under blocked list no itc availed except for futherence of business
