One organization is dealing in supplying epoxy chemical material and charge transport charges in invoice. Is organization charged gst on transportation charges shown in invoice in addition to gst on material?

Yes, its an composite supply. All the expenses (in this case, transportation charges) needs to be first added with goods value deducing final taxable value. After that gst needs to be charged over whole value.

As per section 15(2)(c), transporation charge is an incidental xpense and has to be considered to form part of value of supply to charge GST.
