1. Is the touirst guide liable to register under gst.

2. What is the GST rate for tourist gudie.

4. Do Guide has to collect GST and deposit with govt,

5.Please advise can the travel agent deposit GST on behalf of guide under Reverse Charge Mechanism.

If your turnover is above 20 lakh then registration liability arises

Service recipient is liable to pay tax under RCM if supplier is unregistered

Is there a list notified giving services(insurance agent/corporate lawyers) are covered for RCM by recepient and tour guide service is not included in same,
