Gst on software export

Hello,

Thanks you in advance for helping

We are an Software export Partnerhsip Firm and in next year we are expecting a business of 25-30Lacs. All my client is outside India. and I receive payment in USD. Do I need to take GST, Will GST apply for me ????

Please provide more detail in this regard.

There is no GST involved for exporters. In other words, there is zero rate of duty to exporters of goods or services

Registration may have to be obtained though there is no liability under GST. The input credits ] captia goods, inputs + input services] are available for refund and as one grows this could be useful.

Q2) For export the rate is 0 as said above, Do I need to Charge GST to International client ??

Mr. Amit as of now there is no GST for International transactions and as per the G20 summit 2017 the countries might start in future with new form of registered transactions in International way to curb the flow of cash to unsecured hands...
