what is the benefit of supplier
supplying materials to sez unit and how he will claim ITC.

If you have LUT then you can issue the invoice to SEZ under LUT without GST. You can file the refund application for ITC that utilised against such supply to SEZ. supply to SEZ is as good as export. If you don't have LUT then u can pay tax and you can file refund application of the tax paid.

U may claim refund as supply to sez unit is zero rated and the accumulated itc may be cleaimed in rfd

Supply to s*x as per section 16 of is zero rated supply .

So if you have filed the LUT , then no need to charge IGST on bill to Sez .

And if LUT is not file the supplier can claim refund for the IGST being charged on bill to Sez
