If u not exceed the aggregate Turnover of Ra. 75 lacs
should choose Composition Scheme Option
Else U have to paid GST under RCM on purchase from Unregistered dealers as u said by from people. and other Monthly Complaince mandatory
So in Turnover doesn't crossed threshold Of 75 lacs should go for Composition options nd pay lumsum tax

If your turnover is >20 lacs then you have to get youself registered and have to charge GST. But you buy phones from people then GST under RCM will not be applicable as it is not in furtherance of business of people.

Dear If Mobile buy from Unregistered People for Further sale in Shop than it will be treated as Business activity without any doubt
and RCM have to paid which allowed as ITC further

Correct Me If am Wrong
@ Hitesh Patel.
U r right that RCM will be applicable if buy from Unregistered person as it is for furtherance sale. But now my question is if the person has opted Composition scheme then how can that dealer claim input.
