IF i had a GTA firm and use Truck for Bussiness Then i sale them , then Gst Applicable or not? please tell me
tell me whether you are paying get on your own @ 12% or you are paying @ 5%?
if i payimg 12%
then you would have to pay GST....as per CCR,2002
this applicable on sale of truck /motor vehicle
