ITR 2 for income tax filing
GST applicable if your total turnover exceed 20 lakhs.

WHAT IF HAVING INCOME FROM MORE THAN ONE BUILDING SIR
Answer remains same........... total of rental income from one or more buildings is taxable and ITR 2 can be filed (unless its business sort of thing) ............
GST is anyway liable on aggregate amount only.......
