Yes

He should charge GST on Rent

I am a salaried person in Jharkhand. I've let out my commercial property to a bank in West Bengal. Total receipts from salary, rent and other sources is less than 20 Lakhs. What are my GST implications ?
if your value of goods or services are less than 20 lakhs then you do nit require registration in such a case the GST shall be paid by bank under reverse charge mechanism!
@ Praveen Singh...have you noticed that supplier and recipient are in different states. Now what is your opinion. Pls reply with statutes.
But there is exemption for rent for a amount of 20 lakhs. So why should I have to pay gst. Like previously it was 10 lakhs above
