If A letout property to B for an amount of Rs 500000 p.a. A is unregister as threshold limit is not crossed but what about B whether he will charge GST under Reverse Charge?

B will pay gst under rcm as per sec 9(4) of cgst act
Reverse charge applicable when unregistered supply to registered
In your case if both are unregistered then no RCM liability arises
Assuming B is registered then B is required to pay tax in rcm

If 'B' is Registered under GST, then he ll be pay TAX on RCM. If 'B' is unregistered then no more libility under GST.

If B is registered then he pay tax
If B is registered then he pay tax
If B is registered then he pay tax under RCM and prepare tax invoice for the same

Don't be emotion Mr. Upadhyay....
