Padmaja Remella : I am getting rent on commercial property which is less than 20lakhs per year, I got registered for gst, till now I am paying 15% service tax and getting it reimbursed from my tenets. Now what I have to do... can any one help me this.

When you have already registered under GST, and have GSTIN............

So, now you are required to charge 9% SGST + 9% CGST over and above the rent amount from the tenants.

The collected tax has to be paid by next 20th to Government........ and file 3 returns every month.

Now RCM will not apply.
