Dear All

I book property (Home) prior GST..

the completion date of property is 12-june- 2019. the builder asking to pay GST in cash...

what rate should I pay GST...

Rates applicable as on dates of installments...

Get tax invoice from builder for the GST amount to be paid.

paid 80 % amount after Noc..

Whenever paid, the rates are to be applied as per that date. 

But when builder has not charged in his invoice, or not officially issue any tax paid receipt, no need to pay.

did builder raise invoice..to buyer for flat..
