We are Education consultant, we are recruiting students in Canada, USA, New Zealand, Australia etc. We are getting commission for the same from above countries.
just wanted to know do we need to pay GST on commission received from foreign?
please help
This would amount to export of service and hence should not be liable to GST, subject to the procedures specified.
