Matching requires gstn no to be uploaded by the provider of the recipeint. If the billing address for post paid mobile is the compnay , they can avail the credit. In other cases also the local CGST + SGST wouldbe charged and if the company has a branch or Input Service provider, registration thety can avail the credfit. , in case of resller.
In ITC as long as the expesnes of mobile is in the course of business, the credit could be enabled.
