Is GST applicable on Monthly maintenance Charges collected for "Commercial Property" by association?
I am aware of the 7500 per month per house exemption for Resident Welfare Association, but my question is for the Commercial Office complex.

So GST is applicable if the total TO crosses the threshold limit. Am i Correct?
