I have a small query.
One of my client is having 15 heavy trucks running in the state of Kerala. Their primary activity is cut down rubber trees are carried to private plywood factories. He is getting income from such activity and out of that income he meet the expenses of fuel, driver salary and other maintenances. He is not issuing any consignment note as such.
My question is that whether his income attracts GST?
