Gst on leasing goods

We have only one GSTIN in Tamilnadu and now intend to purchase materials & lease out on rentals to Banglore Customer (Karnataka State)
 

Can I raise IGST invoice for lease/rental on the third party (lessee) on monthly basis?.

 
Can I have the leased materials in Fixed Asset in my books?
