GST on incentive received from RBI

Sir

Urban cooperative Banks have installed some note sorting machines on which RBI gives incentives/reimbursement such as 50% or 75% of the total cost of installation. Whether GST has to be charged on incentives and if so please let me know the SAC code.

Please help its urgent
