i am registered in Delhi State but my property is in haryana..now i am charging IGST on rent but problem is...on my input bills for repair and maintenance of building..IGST input charged...
due to lack of knowledge I forget to take registration in haryana...
Now what should be my course of action..
(I have taken input in my Delhi registration)

Wheather you have any business in haryana?
Sec.77 of cgst act and sec 19 of igst act we have to claim refund by filling gstrfd-01 of wrongly tax paid as igst and afterward paid correct tax by taking registration where the supply is actually placed

then dude what about my input tax of service received based on property.This input i have taken in delhi registration......

No Sir
Then you are not compulsory required to register in harayana.. you can raise bill from your business place of registration by charging igst
You have to revese the claimed itc amount
Then dude what about input tax which I have to claim against service to the property
