GST on GTA

question 1: what if I transport goods by GTA without issuing an LR or consignment note. Am I liable to pay GST under RCM ?

question 2: I have transported goods by charging transportation charges under invoice. on what amount I have to collect GST for the invoice (that is amount inclusive of transportation charges or exclusive transportation charges) and secondly on what amount I have to pay GST under GTA (that is for the transportation charges collected or for the amount charged by GTA agency)
