if sending goods on delivery challan and e way bill.
2) Is GST applicable on the goods to be transported from our one go down to another within the same state
if sending goods on delivery challan and e way bill.
Ours is LLP and we deal with both registered and unregistered parties.
1) If goods sent on job work then no GST applicable on such removal/delivery
2) If transported between units within same state and within same GSTIN then no GST payable
3) Is GST applicable on the goods to be transported from our one go down to another in the other state
Yes GST will be applicable
