we are getting fees from foreign company to handling a vessel at Indian port.
we have to raise bill with IGST or CGST,SGST.
please guide

Do foreign company has any branch or PE in Infia .
read Infia as India
no branch in India sir, we are receiving fees in foreign exchange and we are sending bill in indian rupees.
Then you need not to charge IGST or CGST/SGST in your invoice.
