gst on export services
sir my query is my services is export market research services pl. Confirm is this service exempted in gst or not.

Thanks!We are market research service provider and giving services to International client who are from USA,UK,China,South Korea etc.Request you to let me know is there any GST liablity on servics while billing to them or giving quotation to them..

Your services involve supply of services to overseas client So there is no GST liability.
No Gst Liability on services providing to overseas clients
I have also a similar type of business. Please let me know how to file GSTR 1.
I have clients from China, USA, UK, and India too. For the overseas client we don't charge GST, but for Indian clients we charge GST @ 18%. So let me know your views.
Is there any invoice format for overseas client?
