We have to charge gst on credit note issue to party for discount given

charge gst..i think you have to reverse gst credit taken on goods that have returned
Its Not return credit note. It is discount allowed credit note
if discount is allowed before or at the time of sale then no need of collecting gst provided the discount has been allowed in the course of furthurance of business and the same is also stated in the invoice.
