Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies how to handle GST on credit notes when filing your GSTR-3B. You need to adjust credit notes against your outward taxable supplies. This means that the value of taxable supply in Table 3(1)(a) of your GSTR-3B should reflect the net amount after accounting for both debit and credit notes. This procedure applies to suppliers who file both GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.

You have to adjust credit note , against Outward taxable supply in GSTR3B. for example your value of taxable supply in table 3(1) (a) = + debit note - Credit note .

Above  procedure  is applicable to the Supplier , who suppose to file GSTR1  and  GSTR3B  .
