Quick Summary
If you've received poker commission exceeding £20 lakhs in a year, you are generally liable to pay GST. While TDS is deducted, this doesn't exempt you from GST obligations. There's a composition scheme available for service providers with turnover up to £50 lakhs, but a full understanding of the activity is needed for specific advice.

Generally commissions would be liable under GST and any value above 20 lakh would be liable to GST.

There is an option under composition for supply of services upto 50 lakh.

Although, to provide specific consultation it is better to get complete understanding of activity.

Yes you are liable to pay GST.
