If a proprietor (registered under GST) receives commission for sale of products from other party. Should proprietor issue a GST invoice for commission. Though the other party has charged TDS.
If commission is exempted or do it has a threshold limit.

Yes, GST is to be charged on commission at rate of 18%.
If a person registered under GST charges commission for transaction which is not his normal business then also GST is applicable.
Yes, on Commission Gst will be applicable @ 18%, and prop. have to issue invoice for same.
Agriculture Commission is exempt, beside this every commission will be taxable
GST rate on commission is 18% except Commission received in agriculture.
